I hope to eventually have a complete recipe index, along with other helpful links on nutrition, cooking, and kitchen tasks. We’ve followed a “Real Food” way of eating for a number of years, loosely following the principles of The Weston A. Price Foundation. Some of the recipes I’ve shared follow traditional methods of soaking grains, etc., but not all. Now that our family is fully on board with WAPF principles, I’m hoping to slowly go through and revise those that aren’t entirely in step with them. Keep checking back…it’s going to be a work in progress!
