So I did a bit better this week! I got Primary Back Stretch in most days and Basic Workout Plus once. I did measure today (I missed last week) and my measurments haven’t changed...I’m still holding at 11 inches lost, even after nearly two weeks without doing the workout. Not bad!
My plan is to continue checking in weekly until week twelve, then monthly after that.
