Operation "Tone Up" Week Six





Well, I only managed to do Basic Workout Plus two times this week. I was feeling a bit under the weather for several days and just didn’t do it, although I did manage to do Primary Back Stretch (which you can read more about in my first update) at least once a day.



Here’s how the week went:
  • Sunday: Day of rest!
  • Monday: Primary Back Stretch before bed   
  • Tuesday: Basic Workout Plus
  • Wednesday: Primary Back Stretch 
  • Thursday: Primary Back Stretch
  • Friday: Primary Back Stretch
  • Saturday: Basic Workout Plus

Results:

I was pleasantly surprised to find my measurements are down another inch this week, for a total of 10 inches (not including the first week, when I hadn’t measured yet). 

I really wasn’t expecting to see any change with the week I had. It was bound to happen that I’d have an “off” week…I’m just glad I managed to get it in at least twice! Hopefully next week I’ll be back up to speed and get my usual three, plus hopefully some rebounding in!
